I no longer feel guilty about over-ripe bananas! Peel them, throw them in the freezer, and when you have a sweet tooth, grab them for a non-guilty pleasure!

Ingredients

Ice Cream

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup creamy oatmilk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy or oat milk

Instructions

Ice Cream

  1. Blend in food processor.
  2. Top with chocolate sauce and your favorite nuts.

Sauce

  1. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until slightly thickened while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
