Pizza
Pizza with no wait, no rise homemade crust. You can buy a pre-made pizza crust, or here is a no rise crust that you can prepare with healthier ingredients such as whole wheat organic white flour. This makes a pretty good no wait, no rise crust if you’re not too fussy - great option for a healthier alternative to store-bought prepared crusts.

Instructions
Crust:
- Preheat oven to 500 deg. Put a rack on the upper third of the oven.
- Using a food processor, pulse flour, parmesan (if using), and salt until combined. While running, slowly pour in the water mixture and process until a shaggy ball forms, about 1 min, may need a bit more water. (or combine by hand or using dough blade in a stand mixer).
- Knead dough a few times on a floured surface and halve the dough.
- On parchment paper, roll out to about 11” diameter, as thin as possible.
Pizza:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees with rack in the upper 1/3 of the oven.
- Continue to make the pizza on the crust that's on parchment paper, see above. Brush the outer 1” of dough with some olive oil. Add Pizza sauce, such as Rao's or your favorite, then add desired toppings (no need to sauté onions, mushrooms, etc.). Top with vegan cheese (we use Wegmans Mozzarella plant-based).
- Bake for about 12 min, less if on a pizza stone.
